Its summer time!!

Summer is finally here, cost and along with the beautiful weather comes gardening.  Be sure to warm up with light movement before you begin, approved avoid bending over repeatedly (get closer to the task by kneeling or sitting), use long handled tools to give you leverage and switch hands frequently.
